We both work full time - Josh as a Graphic Designer and I am a Legal Assistant at a mid-size law firm in the twin cities. I also go to school part-time and try to squeeze in some volunteer stuff. We have a pretty crazy-busy life so we truly appreciate the time we spend with our friends and especially our time we have together.
Brodrick, ("b-man", Bubba, bDizzle, or Brody) is our wonderful little man. He is just about 18 months old and has the greatest personality. He has taught us so much about life already. How precious it is, how wonderful it can be and how amazing everything truly is. Since his birth, I have almost immediately began to view things from a new perspective and with a much bigger heart. I don't know how he does it, but he is my inspiration.

Children are a blessing sent from God above
For us to care and nurture and most of all to love.
God calls us to be parents and gives us all the tools
And when we feel like giving up, our strength He will renew.
Children are a gift from God that He so freely lends;
To make it through the childhood years, on Him we must depend.
From childhood days to a child full grown
Their joys and hurts are a parent's own.
Times of joy and laughter and those times of tears
The times spent raising a child are surely the best of years.
We've have shared the Word of God, we've taught them right from wrong
There will come a time to let them go and let them write their song.
